Our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) minor combines coursework from across disciplines to raise awareness of the ways humans experience social bias and injustice. Through this interdisciplinary program, you will learn to:
- Identify and practice interpersonal dynamics that reinforce and interrupt patterns of belonging or exclusion
- Examine the historical and structural conditions that have given rise to injustice
- Recognize an injustice and articulate its consequences
- Identify workplace policies and practices that promote diversity, equity, social inclusion, and belonging
