Federalwide Assurance:

Porn研究所 has a Federalwide Assurance (FWA) with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for the protection of human research subjects. Through the terms of the FWA, Porn研究所 commits to DHHS that it will comply with the requirements found in the DHHS Protection of Human Subjects regulations at .

The FWA covers all non-exempt human subjects research submitted at Porn研究所 that is conducted or supported by DHHS, or funded by any other federal agency. However, Porn研究所 voluntarily extends its FWA to cover all human subject research, regardless of the source of funding, including human subject research conducted by Porn研究所 students.

Porn研究所 will also extend its FWA to cover human subject research conducted by external research partners with whom Porn研究所 has established an agreement. Contact the IRB Office (250 SIH, irb@jcu.edu) for more information about research partnerships and reliance agreements.
